Refresh and recharge during this hour of gentle Hatha Yoga with yoga teacher, Dee Gold, RYT. Gently de-stress and de-compress while building strength and flexibility. Give your body, mind and spirit some peace. Beginners are welcome.

*Yoga classes are offered to cancer patients receiving care at the Aquilino or White Oak Cancer Center or cancer patients living in Montgomery County.
